About the business
You can get the accommodations you need when you move into the off-campus student housing in Greensboro, NC, this school year. The dormitories may have been too noisy for your liking when you lived in them. You might have had no quiet when you wanted to sleep or study. The other students who lived there may have made too much noise when they were out in the halls or visiting other students’ rooms. When you live in off-campus student housing, you live like an independent adult. You dont have to worry about a curfew. Contact West Quad for more information. Contact West Quad for more information.

I love living here! The office staff is amazing and so welcoming. They make me feel at home every time I come in there. The general manager Jordan Rosario has been so helpful and supportive in making sure my issues were worked out and helping me figure out some very important things. He is always welcoming and EXTREMELY helpful. Give this man a raise! Carson is also amazing at maintaining the property views! He’s helpful every time I ask any questions and gives his assistance! LOVE this property ❤️ All the staff need raises ❤️
