Hi.
This Depsoit is applied to your bill when you arrive to your apt. so it is not an extra charge, it is to protect 1.your spot and 2. The technicians time. Since we are a boutique salon we are constantly fully committed, therefore, if a client does not show up to his/her appointment it creates a gap on the Technicians schedule which is really hard to fill in last minute.
Most people that decide to not give a deposit is because they are not 100% sure they will make it to the appointment. It is a simple process to weed out clients that will become a No show.

Q:Do they do spa treatments for full body ? Or at least for the back of the body ? Or is it only a spa for pedicure ??
My experience was excellent! From start to finish . Making my appointment was simple reminders were frequent. I was takin pretty much on time. I arrived early so I could pick out my colors. My technician Angela was lovely, she was very professional and gave me a beautiful manicure and pedicure. The front office staff Yasmin and Hazel were also very welcoming and the coffee was delicious. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is wonderful. So wonderful I’m afraid to tell you about it because I don’t want you to steal my nail techs open appointments. But I’m going to anyway because you deserve to experience a place where you are treated with kindness and get to have a proper professional manicure in a calming environment. My favorite nail place I’ve ever been to. I Don’t do my nails very often but when I do this is the place. All the techs I’ve tried are Great and the prices are reasonable for Miami. Highly recommend Isabella.
