  This company is honest and reliable. They showed up when they said they would. I received text reminders and a time to expect them. Our tank was full to the bottom, and it took them extra time to pump but they remained true to their quote. I highly recommend this company.

  During this Arctic blast we just had my wife noted that an ice rink had formed in the yard near our septic tank…I thought “this can’t be good”. Prior to this we’ve never had an issue with our septic system. I called Big Sky Septic and talked to Mike. They came out in the morning when it was -26F and pretty quickly figured out that our septic filter had clogged…what an opportune time for that to happen. Regardless they followed up, showed up when they said they would, and solved what could have been a major problem for us in rapid order, at a very affordable rate. Super appreciative of all their help. 5/5 for sure.
