  Amazing service! We had a new water softener and sump pump installed. Unfortunately, the primary sump pump was a lemon, but Jake came out the next day after we discovered it wasn’t working and assessed the problem. After a second pump also turned out to be a lemon the third time was a charm. Would definitely recommend Legacy!!

  Thought we had an issue with our heat pump and system on an extremely cold day on a Sunday. Since it was very late, they did not have a technician that could get to us right away, but Mindy was wonderful and let me know a way to run our system to make sure our house was heated (no one else I spoke with offered up this advice). I ended up having to call a different service to come take a look. They showed up and gave a quote to fix the issues for multiple thousands of dollars. I decided to hold off since Mindy had given us an option to heat the home and wait for a Legacy representative to come a take a look. Got on the schedule for Monday around noon. Around ten I received a call from Mindy letting me know the technician was on a job that would take a little longer than expected, but they will definitely be by to take a look today. Love the transparency and communication received here. Jake showed up as expected and was extremely professional and efficient. He took a look at the system and let me know what was really going on. Nothing was wrong with the system and it was working as intended, just looked a bit funny due to the extreme cold. Legacy saved me multiple thousands of dollars, didn't push a repair that wasn't necessary, and gave tips on running our system that no other company offered when I spoke with them. I will be calling Legacy for all needs that they cover moving forward. If it was possible I would give them a 10 star rating.

  Legacy is great! Very timely and responsive! Same day service as well. Jake is very knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend Legacy for HVAC and plumbing needs.
